The West Rand District Municipality Precinct Plans Project involved the compilation of five Precinct Plans spread across the Mogale City and Rand West City municipal areas, namely: (1) Brandvlei-Badirile, (2) Muldersdrift, (3) Magaliesburg, (4)Tarlton, and (5) Hekpoort.

SATPLAN ALPHA designed and managed the Stakeholder Participation Plan for the project using a multi-media approach that included components such as: municipal public notices, municipal media posts, local newspaper adverts, public access documents, WhatsApp adverts, social media posts, focus group meetings, and a custom interactive project website.

The website was designed to make it easy and appealing to use, with the design emphasis on UX, layout simplicity, and the gamification of the comments section through an Interactive Map platform.
