We are happy to promote a recent Lexis Nexis publication titled ‘SPLUMA – A Practical Guide’, compiled in part by our friend and colleague Advocate Nic Laubscher (B.Juris LL.B)

The Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act No.16 of 2013 (also known as ‘SPLUMA’) was enacted in July 2015, and will have far reaching impact on the fields of spatial planning and land use management in the Republic of South Africa moving forward.

This publication comes at a very important time in the evolution of the post-apartheid South African planning system.
